Private investors
You are an investor, or plan to become one, but you do not feel that you are – or at least not sufficiently – a building specialist.

Whether to :
- represent you,
- advise you on the state (for all techniques) of the building you plan to buy,
- advise you on the quality of the project you plan to buy on the basis of plans or the detailed description of sale,
- give an opinion on a problem that arises in one of your buildings,
- assess the technical or financial feasibility of transformation works you plan in a building,
- advise you on the nature and budget of the repair or maintenance works needed in the building,
- check that the works you ordered were carried out properly,
- provide assistance during the implementation of a project or the key phases,
- help you unravel a conflict situation, for example with a contractor about defects or calculations for additional or alteration works,
- intervene as an arbitrator in amicable proceedings, or as a counter-expert in court proceedings in which you are involved,
